About Me: Where Stories, Systems, and Sacred Cycles Meet
I'm fascinated by the invisible threads that connect everything —the cycles, patterns, and stories that shape our world.
My journey began in advertising and design, where I discovered how powerful narratives shape culture and human behavior. This curiosity about storytelling led me deeper into understanding the systems that sustain us, particularly food systems and regenerative practices.
For the past six years, I've dedicated my work to creating nourishment that honors both people and the planet—exploring how we can build food systems rooted in justice, sustainability, and genuine care. This systems thinking naturally evolved into deathwork, where personal encounters with mortality taught me that endings and beginnings are part of the same sacred cycle.
Food, Death, and the Sacred Ordinary
To me, food and death aren't separate experiences—they're doorways into the same profound truth: we're all interconnected, living within cycles infinitely larger than ourselves. Whether I'm working on sustainable food projects or supporting others through grief and transition, I'm drawn to the places where the practical meets the sacred.
My Approach: Depth Meets Lightness
As a 3/5 Projector with Scorpio sun, Cancer rising, and Capricorn moon, I naturally move between intuition and structure, depth and play. I thrive in paradoxes—finding equal joy in rituals, quiet moments, live music, travel, and the intimacy of late-night conversations.
I love guiding energy toward what truly matters, bringing clarity to complex situations when invited, and helping others navigate the beautiful complexity of being human in an interconnected world.
Whether you're here for insights on sustainable systems, support through life transitions, or conversations about the stories that shape us, I'm glad our paths have crossed.
